Randersa Racing, after just 3 years, has closed its doors at the end of its 2021 campaign.
The team has found success worldwide in the form of 35 race wins, 40 total podiums, a championship title and a world cup title from 2019 to 2021 over 90+ races. We are very happy to have had a number of great partners to share our success with throughout this time.
We would like to thank all of our team members, and have a special thank you to our project leader Lucy Baumann for all of her hard work in leading the team. Randersa Racing management has worked hard to find jobs for all those who have been affected by these news and most of our former members will be taking part in the 2022 academy championship. Randersa himself will be overseeing the academy championship as Marunni hopes to find its new champion.
Randersa has stated he has chosen to step down due to mental health issues and said he will be focusing on his undergraduate studies from now on. As of now, there are no plans for Randersa Racing to compete in Super Formula unlike what has been rumored.
Our website has had its older articles and a number of smaller 2021 articles taken down. As of now, there are no plans to restore them.
Randersa Racing's legacy will live on in the academy's efforts in the future, and Randersa himself will have personal projects he will be announcing to the public soon.
